At RealTruck Australia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our eligibility criteria below.

1 Start your return

Click the "Start Return" button below and submit your request using your order number and billing email. Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our return or exchange eligibility criteria, including product condition and adherence to our policy. You’ll be informed at every stage.

2 Approval & shipping

Once approved, you’ll receive a QR number and detailed instructions for the next steps. If RealTruck Australia is at fault (e.g., sent wrong or received a defective product), we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. In cases such as a change of mind or incorrect product selection, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost.

3 Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all components, and follow the instructions to send it back using the applicable shipping label.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Time Frame: You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Exclusions: If RealTruck Australia is at fault (If you have received the wrong product, please get in touch with us immediately so we can assist you with a return or exchange).
  • Installation Disclaimer: If a product has been attempted to be installed and is discovered not to fit, it becomes ineligible for return or exchange. This policy applies because installation attempts may cause wear or damage, preventing the product from being resold or reused. To avoid this, we recommend double-checking compatibility before installation. right product.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we will arrange the shipment of the replacement product after receiving the original item. Additional shipping charges may apply if the exchange is not due to our fault.
