General Questions
If the Sports Bar covers the third break light on the vehicle, disconnect the break light on the vehicle and connect the break light on the sports bar to the vehicle. This is covered in the installation manual that comes with your RealTruck Sports Bar.
No. The Sports Bar is only for styling purposes.
You have the option to install it yourself by carefully following the installation manual provided with your RealTruck product. However, we highly recommend seeking assistance from a professional dealer for optimal installation.

Maintenance Questions
Lubricate flocking list in side profiles with silicone spray. Refer to your Owner's Manual.

Certain conditions may result in the RealTruck Roll binding. Pull back on the handle and press the locking button down.
When cleaning your RealTruck product, make sure that the pH value of the detergent / water does not exceed 8.5. If the surface is already discolored, this can in most cases be repaired by applying a polishing product. Contact your RealTruck dealer for more information.
Check if the drains are blocked by pulling them out of the bulkhead.
If water doesn’t run freely from the drains, remove or open the canister lid, and check if the drain outlets are blocked. Refer to your Owner's Manual.

Check if the glide rails in side profiles are worn. Replace if needed. Refer to your Owner's Manual.
The EVOe cover is in safety mode when running very slowly. Recalibrate the EVOe cover by holding down the remote button for 15 seconds. Refer to your Owner's Manual.
The EVOe have an Anti-pinch function, which was triggered by an object blocking the roll cover. Remove blockage and try again.
Set the cover to manual operation mode. If it is hard to open or close in manual operation mode, check the cross and width measurements of the cover. Refer to your Owner's Manual.
Recalibrate the EVOe cover by holding down the remote button for 15 seconds. Refer to your Owner's Manual.
Check the fuse of the EVOe cable near the connection to the car battery and ECU. Refer to your Owner's Manual.
Check the position of the green connectors in the side profiles. These should be in the end position at the tailgate. Refer to your Owner's Manual.
Set the cover to manual operation mode, and push it into the canister. Then check the alignment of the green connectors in the side profiles (these should be even). Refer to your Owner's Manual.
