Conditions of Entry 

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

The Promoter is RealTruck Australia (ABN 39 167 623 350), of 2/4 Edison Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175. Telephone: (03) 9791 9303.

Eligibility

• Individuals must be residents of Queensland, Australia to enter. Proof of residency may be requested.
• Entrants under 18 years old must have parental or guardian approval, and the parent/guardian must consent to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may request ID or other evidence of age and parental consent.
• Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, or agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step-child (natural or adopted), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister, or 1st cousin.
  

Promotion Period

• The competition commences on 26th February 2026 at 10:00am AEDT and closes on 4th March 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT.
• All times are AEDT.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow the Instagram page @realtruckaustralia
• Tag a friend they would bring to the Brisbane 4x4 Show in the comments of the competition post
  
  Note: Entries not following the above steps will be deemed ineligible.

Game of Chance

• This competition is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at random.

Judging & Winner Selection

• The random draw will take place on 5th March 2026 at 10:00am AEDT at RealTruck Australia, 2/4 Edison Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and on their competition entry post.
• If the winner does not supply a valid phone number, email, or address, or if the details are incorrect, the winner may be disqualified and a new winner drawn.
• If the prize is not claimed by 9:59am AEDT on 9th March 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a winner at 12:00pm AEDT on 11th March 2026 at the same location.

Invalid Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries (and entrants) if it reasonably suspects:
(a) false, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided;
(b) multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts have been used; or
(c) any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Prize

1 winner will receive:

• $500 RealTruck online gift voucher
• 2x tickets to the Brisbane 4x4 Show

Total prize value: AUD $500

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and any unused portion will be forfeited.

Any change in prize value between publishing and claiming is not the responsibility of the Promoter.

Prizes will be delivered to the winner within 4 weeks of receiving the winner’s details.

Publication

• The winner will be published on the RealTruck Australia Instagram account.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.

Other Terms

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
